This is an IN-OFFICE position at our Reston, VA office

Apptium Technologies is actively seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of our customer-facing product. This role will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from vision and strategy through feature planning, execution, and customer engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and high-impact outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and communicate product vision alignedwith SaaS strategy and customer needs.
• Own the roadmap and lead cross-functional teamsthrough planning, execution, and release cycles.
• Establish intake processes and prioritizefeatures based on data, customer input, and business impact.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, shareroadmaps, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support sales and marketing with tailored demos,competitive insights, and go-to-market alignment.
• Leverage product analytics to drive decisionsand optimize user experience.
• Collaborate on budgeting, resource planning, andvendor coordination to ensure timely, scalable delivery.
• Build strong relationships across teams tofoster transparency, accountability, and alignment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Managements or equivalent role. SaaS/PaaS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and SaaS delivery models.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
